Dawn Lyle
Dawn is co-founder and managing director of iCreate, and is the driving force behind the firm’s commitment to quality service delivery. Having played an active role in managing the company since its inception, Dawn is familiar with every stage of the computer graphics production process, and is highly knowledgeable about the technology and the industry. She also sets very high standards – particularly when it comes to her morning coffee. Dawn’s the public face of iCreate – she’s the one who wins all the awards and generally takes the credit for everyone else’s hard work. In her spare time, Dawn makes organic bodycare products. |

Jake Major
Jake is co-founder and creative director of iCreate, having graduated with a first class honours degree in 3D Computer Animation. Jake is the animator behind the award-winning 8-minute animation entitled ‘Blinkers’, which won a number of industry awards including a Ffresh Animation Award, the Festival of Fantastic Films Award, a Triggerstreet Animation Award, a Science Film Award and a nomination for the British Animation Festival. Jake is one of those creative types, and he certainly is full of good ideas. Like the iViewer, which makes our 3D models interactive for the end-user. It’s where computer gaming meets property marketing – Jake has finally found a way to combine his two main interests! |

THE STUDIO |

Liam Tandy
Liam is iCreate’s studio manager and lead 3D artist, having joined the company in 2004 with an honours degree in 3D Computer Animation. Liam has core expertise in 3D modelling and animation, as well as matte painting for background scenes. He has won two prizes for his animation from 10 Second Club, and was also recognised for his work on Virtual Dylan Thomas in 2005. Liam is one of those people who’s never phased by anything. We call him the Dali Liam because he’s the calmest, most laid back person you could ever hope to meet. That’s not to say he’s complacent about his work. He’s our top 3D artist, and when Liam’s on the case you know the job will be top notch. Outside work he’s partial to a bit of home-brew. If you’re brave enough, he’ll probably let you try some. |

Alan Rodger
Alan is one of our fabulous 3D Visualisation Artists. He joined us in 2007 after completing an honours degree in computer visualisation. Alan is one of those people who knows everything. We call him Google Alan, because if you’ve got a question, he’s got an answer. Whether it’s the right answer or not is another matter… But when it comes to 3D visualisation, he really does know what he’s talking about. He can whip up a 3D model in no time, and he’s an expert at interpreting complex CAD drawings. |

Kyle Stiens-Magill
Kyle leads our Web and Graphic Design team. He joined us in 2007 after completing a HND in Multimedia at Swansea Institute. Kyle is responsible for the management, design and production of our 2D services which include sales brochures, multimedia projects, website design and exhibition materials. Kyle’s the baby of the iCreate family, and we tend to treat him like our little brother - winding him up when no one’s looking but secretly jealous of how clever he is. Kyle is the king of multi-tasking, juggling several projects at a time, and never dropping the ball. Not only that but he’s also a snooker champ, a keen footballer and a regular gym-goer. Frankly, we don’t know where he gets his energy from. |

Sarah James
Sarah joined us in 2008 as our Office Manager. She controls all the business administration, HR and finance activity. Super-organised, she keeps us all on the straight and narrow roundc here – nothing gets past Sarah. And, we might as well warn you now, she likes nothing better than chasing up outstanding payments. On a completely unrelated note, she’s a former Silver Medalist at the World Kickboxing Championships! In her spare time, Sarah loves going to ‘big hair’ rock concerts, kickboxing and following her beloved Swansea City FC – what a combination! |
